Hey Atheists, if evilution is real why are there no transitional fossils?
AEA asked:
Hey Atheists! If Evilution is real then why are there no transitional fossils?
Hey Atheists! If Evilution is real then why are there no transitional fossils?
How come there are no “fronkey” fossils (frog and donkey)? Where are the transitional fossils between frogs and donkeys? How come there are so transitional fossils between dogs and alligators? How come there are no transitional fossils between a cockroach and a giraffe?
You want to know why? Because evilution isn’t real.
I wait with baited breath for your responses. You guys have been OWNED by GOD’s word.

Your lack of education and misunderstanding of evolution literally hurts.
I dare you to ask this in the section where it belongs. Go to the biology section and ask it there.
And have fun reading these:

All of them are transitional.
That’s the smoke screen that prevents them from having to explain what evolution is. Good thing, too. None of them know.

I think you mean “bated breath” which comes from the word ‘abate’, or also meaning “to hold”.

You’re correct. Evilution is not real.
Evolution, however, is fact.
We’re all transitional fossils.

As much as I would normally avoid giving out wiki links, this is about as effort as this question deserves, and the transitional fossils listed appear to be properly sourced.

There are plenty of transitional fossils for you to examine. Here is one of a fish with limbs:
There are no fronkeys, because the branches of evolution between frogs and donkeys are very far apart. Same goes for your other examples. You need to learn more about evolution to understand that species do not change dramatically from amphibian to four legged mammals directly.
BTW, the term bated breath is spelled this way.

Your writing is poor. Grammar, syntax and overall disposition is poor.
Poorly formed concept and this is one more reason why non theists are in science – the ability to think well and to write well.
“I wait with baited breath for your responses.”
Don’t bait your breath too long as you might suffocate.
An intelligent and well written question receives better answers.
Good Day

Hey, brainless wonder, transitional fossils exist: there are many examples of transitional fossils in the fossil record, including large-scale transitions such as from reptiles to birds (like the controversial archaeopteryx) and from reptiles to mammals, as well as more detailed transitions, such as those among the many hominids or the development of horses. The fact that, despite the rarity of fossilization, we have a wealth of transitional fossil data and that the fossil data generally conforms to the phylogenetic tree is strongly supportive of the idea of evolution.
There is no reason for a roach and a giraffe to be transitioned creatures. Neither’s environment called for it.
Oh, and since you probably get off while looking at your 8×10 glossy of Kirk Cameron, there actually IS a crocoduck, only it’s called “duckcroc,” page 141 in the November 2009 National Geographic. Suck on that a while.

there’s a lot about science that we’re learning about & don’t fully understand yet…it’s putting together each piece of a puzzle to get the big picture.
There is not a single bit of evidence that your god exists, only 1% of prayers are ever “answered” (making them coincidences, not “miracles”)

i’m not sure what “evilution” is, but I’m sure you mean evolution.
You should at least attempt to understand the “theory” behind evolution because you are hugely confused. Insects cannot become mammals. The same goes for amphibians and/or reptile to mammal.
Stevie M says:
2010/08/27 at 2:26 pm
Unbait your breath.
Actually, a transitional fossil between frogs and donkeys, or between dogs and alligators, or between cockroaches and giraffes would contradict evolutionary theory.
Really, you might consider reading a book. And Ray Comfort’s don’t count.

Don’t waste your points on them. Evolution has been debunked over and over and over and over. They are just diehards and will not admit it.
They are looking for anything to take the place of being accountable.

Can someone PLEASE put this on Fail Blog or something?
I think you’ve just succeeded in (further) embarrassing people opposed to evolution OH!
Seriously though, you’re right. How can it be true when it has the word “evil” right in the word?
Gotta watch out for those sneaky “scientists” using all sorts of “evidence”, couldn’t fool you though.

The reaon there are no transitional fossils between frogs and donkeys is that donkies did not evolve from frogs. Similarly, dogs did not evolve from alligators and cockroaches did not evolve from giraffes. Transitional fossils only ocurr between direct ancestors and descendants.
There are, however, thousands of transitional fossils. One classic example is the species Archaeopteryx, which is a link in the development of birds from certain species of dinosaur.
(Why, incidently, are you directing your question at atheists? The majority of Christians also believe in evolution. Only a minority of fundamentalists deny it)
