Cranidos – Skull Fossil
Omanyte – Helix Fossil
Lileep – Root Fossil
Aerodactyl – Old Amber

I believe that you can also dig up Helix Fossils and Dome Fossils, but only after you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex. You can only receive Armor Fossils (Shieldon) from the Pokemon Pearl version.

in pokemon daimond u can dig up cranidos kabuto and anorith very easily but its harder to find omanyte lileep and aerodatyl. As for sheildon it is only found in pearl you can go to the gts and try to get one easily as they are common

idk i only dig up skull fossils/cranidos too so i dont really know lol
